Through original legislation introduced in the U.S. House since 2011 and U.S. Senate since 2012, we petition Congress to eliminate their arbitrary time limit for ratification of the 1972 Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) to the U.S. Constitution.

2. If you cannot speak with the Legislative Director, ask to leave a voice mail. Be sure to contact your two senators and one representative.
3. In your message, state your name, city/state and your request "to co-sponsor H.J. Res. 17 (House) or S.J. Res. 1 (Senate) "Removing the Deadline for Ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment!"
