Oppressing 52% of the world's population has not brought about peace or prosperity.  It is leading to our demise.

The impact of a male-centric view is that the complementary characteristics, perspectives and contributions of females  are absent from public discourse. The cost to our planet and people has been tremendous. 

By establishing the legal framework for the respect and dignity of every individual, a country confers upon all of its citizens, male and female, the ultimate responsibility and freedom to determine a life of one's choosing - rather than be constrained by regressive, cultural norms based upon fear and hyperbole.   Equality and justice for Women and Girls is essential for the economic recovery of our global economy.  ERA 2015 - 4 years, 3 states, 1 law...  seems reasonable to us.
